Romanian singer Alexandra Stan is a euro-pop artist who rose to fame on the back of her 2011 dance hit 'Mr. Saxobeat'. She was born in the city of Constanta and from the age of 15 had several attempts at making a career in the music business until finally she was discovered singing in a karaoke bar by Romanian producers Andrei Nemirschi and Marcel Prodan.
