April Boy Regino is the artist name of Dennis Magloyuan Regino, the Filipino
singer behind Pinoy pop songs like "Ye Ye Vonnel," "Paano ang Puso ko," "Di ko
Kayang Tanggapin," and "Umiiyak ang Puso ko't Sumisigaw." He was born on April
9, 1961, in Marikina. He later joined two of his brothers to form April Boys in
1993, earning a hit with the group's debut single, "Sana'y Laging Magkapiling,"
before leaving the lineup in 1995 to release his first album as a solo artist.
Entitled Umiiyak Ang Puso, the album went triple-platinum in South Korea. Its
