Az Yet
US R&B troupe Az Yet debuted in 1996 with their first self-titled album on the
legendary LaFace Records. Originally formed by Shawn Rivera and Dion Allen in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the duo expanded to include long-term members Kenny
Terry, Claude Thomas as well as Dyshon Benson and the late Damon Core. After
catching the attention of R&B hitmaker Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Boyz II Men
founding member Marc Nelson joined the group and Az Yet made a name for
themselves with a song from The Nutty Professor soundtrack, "Last Night", which
