Baha Men
Baha Men are a pop and dance band who were formed in New Providence in the
Bahamas in 1977. Originally called High Voltage, the band began life playing
disco and funk music in the clubs and hotels throughout the Bahamas and built up
a substantial local following by releasing a series of self-funded cassettes.
After coming to the attention of Atlantic records the band signed a deal and
released their major label debut album 'Junkaroo' in 1992 which provided the
