Brought up singing Corsican songs and playing classical piano, Barbara Carlotti
draws her inspiration mainly from American folk rock. With guitarist Jean-Pierre
Petit, she fashions a universe that seduces Bertrand Burgalat. From Chansons, an
acclaimed self-produced mini-album in 2005, to Les Lys Brisés, Coup de Coeur de
l'Académie Charles Cros in 2006, it's all about talent. A singular talent that
blossomed with L'Idéal in 2008 and the tour that followed. In 2012, L'Amour,
L'Argent, Le Vent confirms the original style of a singer to watch closely.
