Beat Assailant
Considered the most French of American rappers, Atlanta-born Beat Assailant, who
frequently lives in Paris, is one of today's rap darlings. Backed by a growing
fan base since his debut album, Hard Twelve in 2004, Beat Assailant skilfully
blends rap, soul, funk, jazz and pop, as he proved a second time in 2008 with
his second opus, Imperial Pressure, and the following one, Rhyme Space Continuum
in 2009. Beat Assailant continues in his old-school vein with B in 2012.
