Actress and singer María Nieves Rebolledo Vila, known as Bebe (b. 1978),
professes a Latin pop-rock style supported by a distinctive voice. After making
her debut in Spanish cinema and television, the singer released Pafuera
Telarañas in 2004. This debut album became a phenomenon in the Hispanic world,
earning Bebe the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. Two years of intensive
promotion of the album led to her temporary retirement from singing, to return
