Somewhere between the jazz swing of Django Reinhardt and the sample-based electro revivalist movement, Caravan Palace has made a success of itself without choosing. Combining these two extremes, the band formed in 2005 scored a hit with "Jolie coquine", taken from their homonymous debut album released in 2008.
