Born in Vitry-sur-Seine on May 24, 1952, Marc Cerrone, or simply under his stage
name Cerrone, embodies disco the French way. Trained as a drummer, he
collaborated with the group Kongas before achieving international success with
the albums Love in C Minor (1976) and Supernature (1977), thanks to their
respective titles. Composer of the soundtracks for the Brigade Mondaine films,
he pursued his career around the world, maintaining his image as the precursor
and "king of disco". When fashions change, his albums, numbered by volume,
