starred in the cult sitcom Community, created Golden Globe-winning drama series
Atlanta, and took on the iconic Star Wars role of Lando Calrissian, yet has
still found the time to conquer the hip-hop world under his musical alias
Childish Gambino. Born on 25 September 1983 in Edwards, California and raised as
a Jehovah's Witness in the suburbs of Atlanta, he graduated from the Tisch
School of Arts before self-releasing mixtapes of music and comedic raps in 2008.
