Many actresses have attempted a foray, or even a reconversion, into song, with
mixed results. For Clara Morgane, the challenge is all the more delicate as she
does not come from an art-house cinema background, and suffers from a negative a
priori because of her past. But she was determined, and her 2007 album
Déclarations managed to make it to the charts, with the help of the track "Sexy
Girl ", which reached number four. Determined to stay in the spotlight, the
former porn star returned in 2011 with the album Nuits Blanches.
