After making his own tracks on social music platform BandLab and releasing his
debut single, "Run Away," in 2021, David Anthony Burke (born on March 28th, 2005
in Houston, Texas) aka d4vd was thrust into the spotlight aged 17 thanks to the
viral success of his song "Romantic Homicide," an indie-pop heartbreaker that
found fame on TikTok in September 2022. The breakthrough track later rose to
number 33 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was followed by "Here With Me."
