Deniz Toprak, born on January 15, 1977, in Kurtalan, Siirt, is a celebrated Turkish folk singer and soloist. With Kurdish heritage from her mother's side and Arab descent from his father's, Toprak spent her early years in Siirt before moving to Istanbul to complete her high school education.
