Dick Brave & the Backbeats is a German rockabilly band founded in 2003 by Sascha Schmitz, known as Sasha. The band consists of Sascha Schmitz (vocals), André Tolba (guitar), Maik Schott (piano), Felix Wiegand (double bass) and Martell Beigang (drums). Musically, the group plays rockabilly and rock 'n' roll. Their debut album Dick This! was released in 2003 and reached number 1 in the German album charts.
