Dieter Thomas Kuhn was born in Tübingen on January 7, 1965. The German pop
singer's musical success story begins in the mid-1990s: while he achieves his
first respectable successes with the two albums Lieder meines Lebens (1994) and
Mein Leben für die Musik (1995), Kuhn enters the German sales list for the first
time in 1997 with Gold at number 24. The musician, who also makes a name for
himself as a film actor in films such as Der Trip - Die nackte Gitarre 0,5
(1996), wins an Echo in 1997. This was followed by further LP releases such as
Wer Liebe Sucht (1998) and Leidenschaft, ...
