Sánchez (aka Diveana, born on May 20, 1972) is one of the country’s biggest pop
stars. She has collaborated with numerous Venezuelan artists, including Los
Amigos Invisibles, Bonny Cepeda, and Wilfrido Vargas. At the age of 13, she
joined the orchestra La Única de Maracaibo as a singer, tackling genres as
diverse as merengue, salsa, cumbia, and bolero. Between 1987 and 1989, she
