Dog Eat Dog was one of the first bands to mix hardcore punk music with rap.
Formed in April 1990 in Bergen County, New Jersey, the group's initial lineup
featured singer John Connor and bassist Dave Neabore, both of whom would go on
to become the band's longest-running members. After adding a saxophonist to the
band's roster, Dog Eat Dog debuted in 1994 with the single "No Fronts," which
appeared on the full-length album All Boro Kings that same year. Although it
