R&B and rap group D.R.S., short for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, forms in Sacramento, California, with members Jail Bait, Endo, Deuce Deuce, Pic and Ejay Blunt Turner. The quintet, discovered by The Whole 9 production team, signs a contract with Roll Wit It, distributed by Capitol Records.
