Eric Le Lann
A leading figure on the French jazz scene whose Parisian beginnings date back to
the dawn of the 1980s, Breton trumpeter Éric Le Lann has collaborated with a
wide range of musicians, extending his repertoire to worlds as varied as jazz
fusion, traditional Breton music and electro. Heir to Chet Baker (whom he
befriended in his later years) and Miles Davis, the musician and teacher has
recorded some fifteen albums, including New York (1989), Cap Fréhel (1992), Live
