ExWHYZ
Japanese alternative idol girl group ExWhyZ, formerly known as Empire (stylised
as EMPiRE) have been a mainstay on Japan's Oricon charts since first forming in
2017. Steered by WACK and Avex Trax, the group released their debut album The
Empire Strikes Start!! (#7) in 2018 and landed a song on anime Black Cover,
"Black to the dreamlight." Their first EP, Empire Originals (#8), also arrived
in 2018 and the following year they scored another track for the ending theme of
