German politically minded punk troupe Feine Sahne Fischfilet formed in 2007 in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, steered by frontman Jan Gorkow and often taking a stance against the far-right, the state, and fascism, which has got the band in trouble with the Office for the Protection of the Constitution and the Federal Inspection Office for Media Harmful to Young Persons.
