Born in Caserta, Italy on September 4, 1970, Ferruccio Spinetti is a bassist and
composer best-known for his skillful work on the double bass. From 1989 to 1991,
he attended classes at the Siena Jazz school. Towards the end of his courses, he
became a member of the Piccola Orchestra Avion Travel (also known as Avion
Travel) in 1990. With Avion Travel, he recorded eight albums for the Sugar
Records label and toured throughout Italy. The group participated twice in the
