Fleurie
Fleurie is the stage name of Lauren Strahm, who was born in 1990 and grew up in
Canton, Michigan, not far from Detroit. She took piano lessons as a child and
sang with her family in church. She wrote her first song at the age of 11 and
began performing her work in front of others at the age of 17. In 2009, she
released her first album under the name Lauren Strahm, a collection of Christian
songs entitled Fly. While honing her craft and letting the muse guide her,
Fleurie lives for a time in Sydney, Australia, before returning to America and
