Born on December 26, 1987 in the Akwa district of Douala, Cameroon, Kinguè
Franck Junior chose the pseudonym Franko to launch his musical career in 2003.
Immersed in the country's burgeoning hip-hop culture, he performed as an opening
act for groups (including Dis l'heure de Ragga) and in schools, before winning
the Challenge Vacances rap competition in 2007. Once again crowned winner of the
Rap Come Test in 2010, his freestyles began to make an impact, and he unveiled
