Fred Fortin, born Joseph Antoine Frédéric Fortin Perron on May 15, 1971, is a Quebecois folk singer. He gained recognition with his self-titled debut album in 1996, featuring successful tracks such as "Moisi moé'ssi" and "Portrait d'un ovni."
