Frost* are UK-based neo-progressive rock supergroup founded in 2004 by producer,
songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jem Godfrey, who earned his name as a
successful pop producer (penning hits for the likes of Atomic Kitten) before
venturing into the world of rock. Comprising members from the bands Arena, IQ,
and Kino, Frost* are known for their intricate compositions and technically
