British pop star Gabz, born Gabrielle Gardiner on December 11, 1998, rose to
fame as a contestant on the 2013 season of Britain’s Got Talent. For her
audition, she went against the grain and performed an original song “The One”,
that she wrote herself. The judges praised the performance and the composition,
and she eventually reached the finals of the competition. In June of 2013 she
released her debut single, “Lighters (The One)”, which went top 10 in the UK,
