Giovanni Bella, otherwise known as Italian pop-rock composer and
singer-songwriter Gianni Bella, was born in Catania, southern Italy on March 14,
1947. He set the musical wheels in motion during the seventies by composing for
his singer sister, Marcella Bella, and launched his own singing career in 1974
with the well-received single "Più Ci Penso". Bella achieved a Number 1 hit in
Italy with 1976’s “Non Si Può' Morire Dentro” and went on to release a string of
