Ha*Ash, a Latin-American pop group from Lake Charles, Louisiana, was formed in
2002 by sisters Ashley Grace Pérez (vocals, guitar, melodica, piano) and Hanna
Nicole Pérez (vocals, guitar, bass, kick drum, piano, pandero). Mixing pop,
country and funk, the duo, who got their start in music as children singing in
church, draw their inspiration primarily from figures such as Shania Twain,
Loretta Lynn, Dixie Chicks and Patsy Cline. Following an inaugural single
entitled "Odio Amarte", which reached No. 2 in Mexico, Ha*Ash scored her first
