Hiroshi Kitadani is a Japanese singer best known for performing the theme songs
for various anime series. He was born on August 24, 1968, in Susa, Yamaguchi. He
became interested in the performing arts at an early age and kicked off his
professional singing career in 1994 as part of the music trio Stagger. The band
soon released an album through Warner Music Japan, after which Hiroshi Kitadani
went solo and released a self-titled album in 1999. This album featured the
widely recognized opening theme for the anime series One Piece, "We Are!" Later
