Houston Person is a highly regarded American jazz saxophonist who has collaborated with a great many top artists since his recording debut, 'Underground Soul', in 1966. Born in South Carolina, he studied music as a child and played in a band while serving with the United States Air Force. He appears on more than 75 albums including dozens as leader such as 'Soul Dance!'
