Jean-Jacques Goldman is a Parisian singer/songwriter who has been hugely popular
throughout the French-speaking world since his debut LP, 'Alpha Ralpha', in
1977. Before his rise to international fame, however, he learnt his craft
singing gospel music with his local church choir (they called themselves The Red
Mountain Gospellers). His rock backgrounding happened when he formed a band with
