Jeff Chang
Zhang Xinzhe, aka Jeff Chang, is a Taiwanese singer and actor known for this
sentimental ballad style of Mandopop. Chang sings both in Mandarin, Cantonese
and English however, and since 1989 has released more than 30 albums in various
languages. This included a two-year hiatus as Chang served out the period of
National Service that was compulsory until 2000. He has also appeared as an
actor in five movies, the most recent being his 2019 role as DJ Brother Sky in
