Country singer Jimmie Allen was born on June 18, 1986, in Milton, Delaware. He
left his home state in 2007 and relocated to Nashville, where he auditioned for
American Idol's tenth season and briefly competed alongside fellow country
singer Scotty McCreery. Jimmie Allen signed with Stoney Creek Records one decade
later and released his self-titled debut EP that same year. His first
full-length album, Mercury, followed in 2018, featuring a modern country sound
