JRK19, real name, is a French rapper from the Danube district in the 19th
arrondissement of Paris. He began his career in 2020 with a series of freestyles
entitled Avenue Porte Brunet, a reference to his neighborhood. These freestyles
quickly gained popularity, with over 3 million views on YouTube. His style is
characterized by direct, raw and technical rap, incorporating influences from
trap and new jazz. In July 2023, JRK19 was incarcerated, but this did not stop
