The country singer Justin Moore was born on March 30, 1984, in Poyen, Arkansas. He regularly sang gospel songs in church but gravitated more strongly toward country music, which prompted him to move to Nashville after graduating high school. He released his debut single "Back That Thing Up" in 2008, hitting Number 38 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. His self-titled debut album, Justin Moore, followed in 2009, reaching Number 3 on the Top Country Albums Chart and featuring the Number 1 single "Small Town USA."
