on December 8, 1968) tiptoed through the minimalist style of his albums Les
Mariages Chinois (1992) and L'Éducation Anglaise (1993) to arrive, almost by
accident, at the mainstream success of Robots Après Tout (2005), with its hits
"100% V.I.P" and "Louxor j'adore". The author of the subversive "Je vous emmerde
" plays with contrasts, extravagance and audacity. His singular universe adapts
to bossa nova, rock, electro and jazz with The Recyclers on 8ème Ciel (2002).
