A highly regarded indie singer-songwriter who announced himself on the scene
with acclaimed debut album 'Harlem River' in 2013, Kevin Morby's cryptic,
ramshackle, outsider Americana is packed with lo-fi charm and bundles of
personal quirks. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, he got his first guitar as a
Christmas present when he was ten-years-old and played drums in high school punk
bands before moving to Brooklyn at 17 and throwing himself in to the DIY,
experimental music scene of the time. He played bass with psych-folk act Woods
and formed The Babies with his flat mate Cassie Ram...
