Kevin Rudolf
Born in Manhattan, Kevin Rudolf had a love of music instilled in him from an
early age thanks to his mother's aspirations to be a rock singer. He learnt to
play the guitar from the age of 11 and as a teen made a name for himself in the
New York underground music scene. He got lucky when he met producer Timbaland
through a friend and caught his first break collaborating on the rapper's songs,
including Release and Scream. When Timbaland discovered Rudolf could play guitar
the list of collaborations grew and he worked with many artists including Nelly
