Kiyoharu Mori is a Japanese singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who,
in addition to pursuing a solo career under the name "Kiyoharu," has also
performed with the visual kei band Kuroyume and the punk-rock band Sads. He was
born on October 30, 1968, in Gifu Prefecture. After joining a series of
short-lived bands during the 1980s — including Double Bed, Sus4, and Garnet — he
formed Kuroyume in 1991. The influential band helped pioneer the Nagoya kei
