The duo Krept & Konan was born from the meeting of Casyo Johnson (Krept) and
Kari Wilson (Konan), sons of Jamaican singer Delroy Wilson (1948-1995).
Introduced to each other in 2005 by a mutual friend, the two rappers from the
Croydon district of South London teamed up with Krept's cousin Cadet to form the
group Gipset. In 2010, a year after their debut as a duo, they released the
mixtape Tsunami, which did not leave rap circles indifferent. The following
