Real name Pédro Pirbakas, French dancehall singer Krys was born in Abymes, Guadeloupe, on October 18, 1983. A member of the Black Micky Crew when he was just fifteen, he studied business in Montpellier, while producing his debut album Limé Mic-La (2005), released on Kickilla Records. Selling 3,000 copies, it launched the career of Krys, who followed up with K-Rysmatik (2006) and his biggest hit,"Dangereuse", which reached number 31 in the French SNEP chart.
