Ana Fernández-Villaverde, known artistically as La Bien Querida, is a Spanish
singer-songwriter who transitioned from painting to music in 2007, inspired by J
of Los Planetas. Born on November 6, 1972, in Bilbao, Basque Country, her
initial demo recorded with Horacio Nistal was acclaimed as the best of the year
by Mondosonoro magazine. In 2009, she released her debut album, Romancero,
produced by David Rodríguez, which was lauded as the best national album by both
Mondosonoro and Rockdelux. Her sophomore effort, Fiesta (2011), featured
