Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real
Lukas Nelson, son of country legend Willie Nelson, set up his band Lukas Nelson
& Promise of the Real (often referred to as just POTR) in Los Angeles,
California in 2008. With the help of family connections they very soon
established themselves as a credible country music act. Shortly after formation,
POTR embarked on a nationwide tour supporting Willie Nelson, an engagement which
included a five-night sell-out run of concerts at The Fillmore in San Francisco.
