Malik Djoudi was born in Poitiers, Vienne, in 1979. He developed a passion for
music at an early age and grew up in Lusignan, encouraged by a mother who saw in
him a real talent and got him to sing Carmen when he was only six. It was in
Paris that the young man's destiny was written, as he first took singing lessons
with Magma singer Klaus Basquiz, and then tried to make a name for himself in
