Matsubara Nobue, born as Hirohara Nobue on July 18, 1961, is a renowned Japanese
enka singer and talent. Hailing from Yabakei Town, Hokugun District, Oita
Prefecture (now part of Nakatsu City), Matsubara developed a passion for singing
at a young age, often performing by the riverside. During her middle school
years, she attended a talent agency in Fukuoka. At 15, she was scouted by
