is one of the leading figures on the American electro scene. Since 2003's
acclaimed Leave Luck to Heaven, Matthew Dear has multiplied his projects.
Between his albums, projects under other alliances, and remixes for Hot Chip and
Charlotte Gainsbourg, Matthew Dear is running out of time. Black City, released
in 2010, reveals a new face of an insatiable experimenter. 2012's Beams
continues the search for a truly avant-garde electro sound.
