At the crossroads of electronic music and the contemporary minimalist movement,
composer Max Richter has enjoyed widespread international success with several
chart-topping albums. Born in Hamelin, Germany, on March 22, 1966, he founded
the group Piano Circus in 1989, then collaborated with Future Sound of London
and Roni Size. After the experimental album Memoryhouse (2002), conceived with
