Real name Nolwen Kouadio, the Ivory Coast rapper Mosty was born in 2003 and grew
up in Port-Bouët, one of the ten communes of Abidjan, where she discovered
music, mainly coupé-décalé, but also dance, which she took up from the age of 4.
She left Côte d'Ivoire in 2017 to come and live with her mother in Essonne,
France. She never lost interest in her African culture, however, and listened to
leading Ivorian music artists such as Ziké, Meiway, Deza XXL and Ernesto Djédjé.
In 2020, things began to accelerate: the young girl gradually gained notoriety
by publishing short comedy video...
