Nivel C
Nivel C is a Regional Mexican group hailing from Culiacán, Sinaloa, formed on
February 27, 2017. The band consists of Julio César Avitia Audelo (accordion,
vocals, and leader), Carlos Eder Torres Lugo (bajosexto, second vocals), Luiz
Enrique Neris Perez (electric bass), Juan Carlos López Quiroz (lead vocals), and
Edgar Enrique García Pérez (drums). Since childhood, the members shared a
passion for music, and their first performance took place in their hometown, El
